Energy Attuning involves more than just Chakra Balancing.
The process of attuning our energy is to choose specific vibrations that feel true. This is often confused with balancing our chakras. It involves much more. It is aligning our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and actions within our energy and most importantly within our energies storehouse. It is very much an individual call for what you believe is true, however it does require social awareness and seeing yourself in the bigger picture of life. When we are attuning ourselves energetically, we experience a sense of clarity, and well-being.
This is energy attunement.
Practices such as meditation, visualization, various forms of gratitude, and mindfulness are often the "vehicles" to attune our energy. Energy attunement is something we constantly need to do in our lives. It enables us to better attract what we need & desire, whether it be opportunities, relationships, or abundance.
By consciously attuning our energy, we can amplify our personal power and manifest our intentions with greater ease and effectiveness.
Inner Visioning Can Also Help
The power of energy attuning support can also be supported by inner visioning (or envisioning). By envisioning our desired outcomes with vivid detail and unwavering belief (think of an Olympic athlete envisioning winning a gold medal), we set in thought filled motions, which become the force that can bring our dreams into reality.
Warm & Cool Minerals
Warm mineral colors like the creamy Yellow Jasper, vivid oranges like Orange Calcite, and deep dark reds like Red Tiger Eye evoke feelings of warmth, comfort, and vitality, soothing the body and mind.
Cool colors such as the calming blue of Aquamarine and Amazonite and lush greens like Green Aventurine and Jade promote relaxation and tranquility, helping to ease tension and encourage serenity when envisioning the future. Combining these hues in visualization exercises can create a balanced and harmonious environment that offers both relaxation and creative visioning.
Then there is the color Violet.
Violet stones like Amethyst Chariote and Lepidolite are linked to spirituality and enlightenment. Within their beautiful violet coloring they create a feeling of inner pride, spiritual strength, invigoration, dignity, and peace. They also has a history of use in freeing one from over compensating and fear addictions.
Try an Envisioning Exercise with Breathwork
Pre-work/Tools:
Connect with any or all of the above color properties and choice a few stones/minerals that bare these colors.
Envisioning Set Up:
Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for at least 15-20 minutes. Sit or lie down comfortably and hold the stones/minerals in your hands or (if lying down) place a few of them on your heart.
Notice your body and make any adjustments to it to be settled and comfortable. Breathe deeply for a few minutes by practicing boxed breathing.
How to do Box Breathing:
Step 1: Breathe in, counting to four slowly. Feel the air enter your lungs.
Step 2: Hold your breath for 4 seconds. Try to avoid inhaling or exhaling for 4 seconds.
Step 3: Slowly exhale through your mouth for 4 seconds.
Step 4: Repeat steps 1 to 3 until you feel re-centered.
Envisioning exercise:
1) As you inhale, think of how you wish to be seen and valued and envision yourself receiving whatever it is that you'd like to have in your life whether it is a material possession, work achievement or relationship based.
2) Upon exhaling, send out mental waves of warm confidence to mirror these feelings back towards your abdominals upwards to your heart.
3) Next envision yourself working towards these desires. Inhale and then exhale send a wave of cooling energy upwards from the heart into your throat.
4) Upon your next inhale. Envision yourself feeling at content and at peace with your outcome. Upon your next exhale, send out mental waves of spiritual gratitude to mirror these feelings outwards to your community.
Do no less than 4 cycles of breathing for best results. Practice this breathwork 2-3 times a week for short periods.
