To Strengthen Yourself During Difficult Times, Practice Observation.
All of us were created with an innate inner wisdom which guides ourselves, serves as an inner “truth meter” and helps us to make important decisions at critical times in our lives. I call this natural gift (spiritual) intuition, while many others will see it as spiritual guidance or gifts or even “gut feelings.”
Each of us connects to intuition in our own unique ways. Our intuition connects our physical self to our divine spiritual self. Then our spirit connects it to our soul which has no body. Our soul only has its “being”
The spirit can inner communicate with our souls being through light as well as darkness and we can develop this inner connection over time through meditation, prayer, and the desire to know ourselves more deeply. This is inner wisdom.
Inner wisdom is a collective energy that includes consciousness and intuition. Inner wisdom comes from observation and learning life’s lessons. I call these lessons your inner wisdom’s soul voice which is led by the watcher inside each of us. The watcher is your highest version of yourself the one that wants to do you no harm.

Increasing your knowledge and attuning to this frequency is a choice.
One of the best ways to attune to knowledge is by gathering it from our inner consciousness and intuition (the watcher) by spending time out in nature.
Spending time in nature is an amazing way to commune with your watcher and tap into the beauty of what you will learn from nature’s call.
Nature has an eco system of sound, vision, feelings, hunger and an aroma.
When we mirror nature with our own sounds, inner visioning, heart led feelings, our apatite for living and the sweet fragrance for all that is life, we create our inner wisdom.
Our inner wisdom teaches us how to be attentive to our needs during difficult times.
Inner wisdom is ageless and is an astounding benefit at all times. However, especially during times of great stress or difficulty. In situations where we are facing unanticipated challenges such as the loss of a loved one or an illness, many intense emotions may arise from within us.
Our habitual supports are often removed or shaken, which can cause us to feel stuck and even lost.
Our inner wisdom can act as a guiding compass, pointing us instinctively towards the support we need, to get through the difficulties we are facing. During difficult times when our minds fail us it’s because we feel overwhelmed by emotion. However, the voice of our inner wisdom will speak clearly and will repeat itself as often as necessary, if we tap into it.
The circle of life will then make more sense, albeit it can still have an emotional and physical pain within it. The lesson will be how deeply we love and how we are capable of the depth of love.
It may not remove the pain in an instant but our inner wisdom will mostly likely calm the sting for a bit. Our guidance can be strengthened within a practice of observation. Check out these 8 steps.
8 Practical Steps To Begin a Spiritual Observation Practice of Responding to Nature’s Call
Please note: Put your expectations aside and don't worry about doing it right. Read through the steps first then try them.
Find a safe place out in nature; a place where you feel physically and emotionally safe. Recognize that you are removed from pressure and stress.
Sit or lie in a comfortable position.
Relaxation is a key component of observation, however at first, keep your eyes open for this.
Take a few moments to bring about a state of relaxation by taking a deep breath through your nose ( 4 counts), expanding your lungs and diaphragm.
Hold the breath for a few seconds and slowly exhale through your mouth (for 8 counts). Do this several times until you feel relaxed. Next look at everything around you with no judgment. Just accept the natural order of things.
Next, close your eyes and notice all of the sounds around you and attune to them.
Try to listen to any repeated patterns. Practice gratitude for sound and connect to this vibration.
Now, calm your mind further for inducing a state of tranquillity and relaxation. With your eyes still closed, soften the eyelids and attempt to look at the back sides of them.
Now, visualize a golden circle in your minds eye. Next, with your eyes still closed, lift your finger and draw this circle in the air in front of you. Once you have created this circle imagine yourself entering into it.
Next, place both of your hands onto the center of your chest and FEEL your own heart beat.
Stay here as long as you need then either ask a question and wait for an answer or be at ease in nature knowing you are listening to the call of your inner wisdom and allow it to speak to you on its own.
Do this practice at least 2-3 times a week.
